Kandi Kinis has a no Return policy for all swimwear/dance wear/lingerie/formal gowns/accessories & sale items. We are happy to exchange your item within 5 business days of receiving your product.
All custom orders are NOT exchangeable.
All postage costs for exchanges must be covered by the customer and will not be refunded at any time.
We are happy to exchange your item if you are unhappy with the sizing or fit of the product.
For hygienic reasons we can deny any exchange if the hygiene adhesive pad has been tampered with or removed on any one piece or bottom in your order. If products are marked, have signs of wearing or tags have been removed we will not honor any exchange and the item will be sent straight back to you.
Item(s) must be in original packaging, unworn condition, free of make-up stains and free of odor. In the event that you would like to request an exchange please email us at Info@KandiKinis.com with:

(c) Your Address
(d) The reason for exchange and what you would like in exchange. All exchanges should be equal value to your new item.

Exchanges will be processed once the product has been returned and inspected for any marks, signs of wearing or hygiene pad removed.Returns will be processed within 3-5 business days once we have received your returned package.
All sale items are FINAL with the exception of a faulty constructed product.
If you received a defective item, please contact us immediately at Info@KandiKinis.com for assistance. You must contact us within 3 days of package delivery.
In the event that you receive an incorrect item, please ship the package back to us within 10 days. Once your return is received, we will ship your exchange or replacement.
