Has my order shipped?

Click the "3 Bar Menu Icon" menu at the top of our site and scroll to the bottom of list. There you will find "My Account." 

Log in to your Account to check your orders status.

If you are already logged in, Click on "Logged in as (your name) to check order status.

You will find all of your purchase history and status in the "Order History" menu. 

Check status of order under the "Fulfillment Status" option. 

If "Unfulfilled"- your order has NOT been shipped yet.

If "Fulfilled"- your order HAS been shipped and you will receive an Email from Info@KandiKinis.com with your tracking number and details.

How long does shipment take?

All orders leave our facility within 1-4 business days. At checkout, choose the shipment method of your choice.

US Orders:
1. USPS First class mail (2-5 business days) - *This option will only appear if your order weighs under one pound.
2. USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days)
3. USPS Express mail (Guaranteed in 2 business days, 1 business day in most cases)

International and Canadian Orders:
1. USPS First class mail (14-30 business days) *This option will only appear if your order weighs under four pounds.
2. USPS Priority mail (6-21 business days)
3. USPS Express Mail (5-10 business days)

*All international packages may be processed through customs regulations which may cause a slight delay with processing times.

How do I track my order?

We sent you an email from Info@KandiKinis.com with your tracking number and details.

My order never arrived.

First, log into "My Account" and be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays "Fulfilled," check your email for your Shipping confirmation info. If your order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance.

When will my backorder arrive?

Backordered items are those which our suppliers are unable to predict when they will have more in stock, but as soon as they do, we will be able to ship the item to you.

How do I create an account?

1) Click the Main Menu link at the top of our website home page.

2)Scroll down to the bottom of menu and click on the Create Account link.

3) Enter your email address.

4) Select "I am a new customer."

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.

How do I edit my account information?

Click the "My Account" link inside of the "3 Bar Menu Icon" at the top of our site. Login to edit your account information.

How much is my shipping?

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.

I forgot my password.

Click the "My Account" link. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here." This link will send an email to reset your password.

 

How do I return my product?

I received the wrong product.

What is your return policy?

RETURNED ITEMS MUST MEET THESE REQUIREMENTS:

- Item(s) must be returned within 14 days of receipt of receiving your order.

- Item(s) must be in original packaging, unworn condition, free of make-up stains and free of odor.

- NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS INCLUDE: (refunds/exchanges/store credit not accepted) formal dresses/gowns, clearance items, accessories, and undergarments including lingerie and swimwear.

-Shoes must be repacked in their shoe box(es) and placed in a protective box. If your return is sent to us without a protective cardboard box, we will not be able to accept the return. 

 -Customer is responsible for shipping fees to send the order back to Kandi Kinis.

-Customer is responsible for re-shipping costs for exchanges. 

-Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

-Store Credit is valid only at www.KandiKinis.com.

-We reserve the right to refuse any return that show any signs of wear.

 

Returns will be processed within 3-5 business days once we have received your returned package.

When will my credit appear on my account?

Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s).

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged once you submit your payment.

How do I buy/redeem a gift cards?

To purchase a gift card for someone, click Gift Cards in the main menu. If you are the recipient of a gift card and would like to redeem your gift card, use the code that was emailed to you when checking out.

How do I find my product?

To find the product(s) you're looking for, you may (1) use the navigation menus on the top of our website. (2) type a keyword into the SEARCH box. If you have any trouble locating a product, feel free to contact customer service for assistance.

How do I navigate the site?

To navigate this website, simply click on a category you might be interested in. Categories are located on the top of our website. QUICK TIP: Place your mouse cursor over anything you think could be a clickable link. You'll notice that anytime you scroll over something that is a link, your mouse cursor will become a "hand". Whereas scrolling over anything that is NOT a link will leave your cursor as an "arrow". You may also type a keyword into the SEARCH box to quickly find a specific product. If you have any trouble locating a product, feel free to contact customer service for assistance.

How do I use a coupon?

After adding items to your cart, click the "View Cart" link at the top of this site to view your cart. Click "Check Out" at the bottom of the shopping cart you'll see a box where you may enter your coupon code to the right.

 

How much do custom orders cost & how do I place one?

Prices vary for custom orders depending on how much needs to be done and for larger sizes.

Click Contact Us in the main menu icon at the top of the site to send us your Custom Order details. We will reply to your email within 24 hours and send an invoice from Paypal with your custom fee pricing.

NOTE: If you are unsure of your exact measurements, please send your bra size, pants size, height, your social media handles or a picture of yourself. The more details we have, the better we can determine your perfect size!
